Arrived at 8:50 and placed my order, waited for 15 minutes and asked if it would be ready soon. They had mistakenly given my food to someone else. Waited an additional 15 minutes for my food and when I got it my hash browns were cold in the middle, as if they hadn't been cooked all the way. Now I have to start my work day late and without breakfast and I am never spending another penny there.

Store is clean, service was fast & efficient.
I love DD coffee. Time for pumpkin latte (YUM!) which is not available in combination with any breakfast sandwich. In fact, the breakfast combinations were horribly limited, which is why only four stars.
