I've been here many times in the past decade and this cafe is consistently top notch. I love the outdoor area and always try to sit outside. Their signature coffee (double ristretto with 3/4 milk latte) is smooth and definately the best drink. Breakfast burrito: 5 stars, very filling but quite spicy. Tastes very wholesome Avocado, Feta and Pesto: 5 stars, a zesty and tasty meal, the Rye bread is a little on the firm side but everything else works Coconut crusted brioche french toast: 5 stars, amazing, it looks so pretty and everything works quite well. There are sour elements with the caramelized pineapple, then there is sweetness with the ice cream and syrup. The brittle was good but it was a little too sweet for the dish (maybe put less sugar in the peanut brittle).

Warm cosy vibes in a Bathurst cafe. Try the sweet potato Rosti / any dish starring their poached eggs. Coffee wise - The hub signature DR34 double ristretto latte hits the spot. The cake of the week was a coconut and mango semifreddo with raspberry lime coulis, which had interesting flavours but is on the sweeter end. Friendly service is always a plus :)

Great spot! Excellent vibe & really friendly staff. We had breakfast. Kids menu items are surprisingly large (just be aware if your kiddos are quite small - my 10-year-old was VERY pleased!) Has one vegan option for breakfast which was EXCELLENT (Indian inspired spicy veggie wrap), but the staff said that they're also happy to put together a vegan set of sides with the smashed avo for a vegan brekky (it's not on the menu as such though). My kids were all very impressed with their omni brekky options (kids french toast, adult french toast, & eggs bene). Also has 2 vegan options for lunch, though I haven't tried them.

We visited here with a booking of five for breakfast. The service was great with friendly, attentive staff. They took our drink orders straight up which is great not to have to wait for hot drinks. We received our orders very quickly and it was all cooked brilliantly. Their was a great menu selection and well priced. The coffee was really good as well. We would definitely come back next visit.

A lovely spot for breakfast. Can see why it's popular. We arrived before 830am and were promptly served by a team of friendly staff. We had the eggs Benedict and breakky roll, they're both great. The flat white was good. The cafe has a nice outdoor area as it was 5 degrees we didn't brave ourselves to try that. Overall a positive experience.

Rolled in for lunch, and would definitely visit Bathurst just to eat here again. Loved the ambience, and had the best coffee in a long time. Fresh roasted, the coffee was aromatic and naturally sweet - the sign of a well-extracted cup. Kudos to the barista. My lamb burger was incredibly fresh, the meat delectably seasoned and buns could be eaten on their own. The Korean fried chicken burger was even better with its own specially made (rye? pumpernickel?) buns. My little one finished most of his schnitzel, and after trying a little I could see why, the layer of batter was so thin, crisp and light while the chicken was juicy and tender. Highly recommended and has certainly raised the bar for 5-star ratings.
