Samantha is the best ever!! I will only go to this location. Not only I but my coworkers. Always has our drinks right, greets with a smile and upbeat attitude. Just what I want early in the morning. I Love getting greeted by Samantha when I go for my morning drinks! She is always so friendly and makes sure my order is correct! I go here like every other day as it is right down the street from my house, and I've never had an incorrect order and the service is quick. The manager Samantha is super sweet, and the staff as a whole is always very friendly. Even during the rough covid times, where I'm sure its been extra stressful to be in the restaurant industry, they seem to be always working their butts off!

I've been stopping at this Duncan since last week I just got introduced to it because it's on my route to work. I must say the customer service is there is great today I was little early to receive a iced coffee but the sweet manager Samantha still let me get it. Definitely will be here every chance I get 💪
