Out of state review here! I was here for a birthday party and it was awesome!!!! I would highly recommend you taking your younger children here for a birthday party. There was pizza, dippin dots, cake and plenty of games to play! Chuckie came out and the kids had an awesome time with him. I would really recommend anyone come here for a great time with there kids. 10/10! Also, the place was very very clean and so was all of their facilities!!

The atmosphere was just as I remember it from my child hood! I cannot wait to see my child grow up with this iconic restaurant. Always fun for the whole family!

Got there at 10AM because it says online that they open at that time. It even says 10AM when you call the automated system. But when we got there, it was closed. Finally talked to a real person, and they said they weren’t open until 11AM. Then the person that answered hung up on me. My kids lost their minds. If we ever go back to Chuck E Cheese, we will drive to Naperville instead.

We used to frequent this restaurant when more of our kids were under 10, but we went recently in a day off school and found it recently updated. My kids miss the ChuckE nose they always rubbed in the way in, but it was probably a germ magnet anyway. :) so many games are just intro-to-slot-machine style games. They do still have ski ball and basketball games, as well as adventure and driving games. Also a decent assortment of rides for the preschool age group. The prizes are fairly high priced, but tickets are easy to come by (wish they automatically loaded in the game cards instead of physical tickets). Easy way to blow a couple hours, and $50 or more, and their pizza is decent too, though not cheap.

Was here for a birthday party. The new light up floor is cool, hate they have the puppet show on a TV screen now but kids had fun. Way over priced on their beer and wine.

This location had a great staff, They were very helpful with the birthday party. Place was pretty clean, games do not dispense many tickets anymore. All of the kids had A-blast, like the fact that they have a salad bar and appetizers. Overall it was a very nice visit and birthday party

This review was written during the pandemic: I noticed they had a Doordash deal for two pizzas, a bag of goodies, and tickets, so I got it for my kid. It's a nice treat after over 3 months of living like hermits with the same daily routine. Everything was exactly as expected. Thanks for helping my kid have a random special day this summer :) I also got the unicorn churros, which are supposed to be churros with colorful sour candy fruity sugar. They just taste like regular churros with a hint of fruit flavor and no sourness, but I'm glad because I couldn't find the regular churros and was suspicious of the weird concoction lol. They're tasty.

Soooooo cute! My kiddo's first time here. It's so different now- no live band characters, no evening lights and stage, it's all digital on screens. The place appeared clean, bright, staff was helpful, food was decent. There should be more hand sanitizer and wipes to sanitize tables and games available throughout your time there.
