Panera Bread

Went there to have a Birthday dinner for my son. The inside is clean and staff is friendly. Overpriced for what you get. Would recommend going to a sit down casual restaurant instead. Food was ok but not very hot. Drinks are a little steep for what you get. The main sign on the front of the building was not even lit at 8 at night so front of building was very dark..

I am a big fan of Panera Bread and I have been to a lot of them with clients, friends or language groups French, Spanish and some business meetups. This is one of the best locations because it has a huge room in the back that I sometimes use all by myself when no one else is using it. The staff is always happy and ready to help. It does get crowded around lunch time during the week or mornings on weekends. the food is always the way you expect it and the place looks clean.

I love this place!!! It's amazing!! Great friendly staff, food it perfect. I love it I go here almost everyday!! The place is clean and very nice. I saw some kids some day and their we're volunteering to help clean the tables, and floors! I thought it was amazing! I recommend you to go their. The place is AMAZING!!!

First, the lady who took my order was super nice and extremely helpful!! (I wish I had gotten her name to put it in here) However, the lady manager was VERY rude regarding an allergy I have. There was trash on a lot of tables.... Now, trust me, I understand that as the consumer we are fully capable and expected to throw away our own garbage and put the plates & trays in their designated spots leaving the table clear so all the employees have to do is sanitize, but not everyone thinks they are responsible for that at self serve restaurants (which is ridiculous, is it that hard to clear off your own table??) but if the customer doesn't do it then the staff is required too....not on this day evidently! I counted 5+ tables with plates and trash on them when I walked in, when I left those same tables had still NOT been cleared off. In fact, I didn't didn't see 1 employee clean anything! The nastiest thing was that and the floor was so sticky (by the pickup counter) that I literally walked out of my shoes!! Ew! It was rather gross!! Someone must have spilled soda and nobody cleaned it up so it dried. I notified the manager right away so that nobody else would trip and almost fall on their face like I did because their shoes stuck to the super sticky gross floor (especially a child or the elderly) However, yet again as with the dirty tables they still had not cleaned it when I left 25m later....disgusting!! I can understand employees getting a little behind when it's busy, it happens! However, there were only maybe 8-10 tables being used and there was no line of more than 1-2 people the entire time I was there and a couple of employees were just standing around. After i noticed that I decided I wont be back to this location. All the restaurants & retail stores I've ever worked at teach you to keep the environment clean & nice looking, and be kind to the customer. Evidently, that isn't part of the training at this Panera. I will not be back.

I would give them zero if it was an option. My sister order bagels and cream cheese online 24 hours in advance to bring over to my house for mother’s day today. She went to pick them up and they did not have any. All the manager did was tell her to go to another one. So then she had to drive all the way to aurora which is the opposite way of my house and they didn’t give her anything for the inconvenience. Terrible...especially on mother’s day.

The food is standard but service and cleanliness have something to be desired. I hate walking into a place and having my feet stick to the floor it’s really gross. Also when I order the quick pickup this store has never once had it done at the pickup time. I’ll something drive to the one on Randle just so I don’t have to wait
