Taco Cabana

We did a door dash order from Taco Cabana and door dash only brought us half our food. After door dash gave us a horrible experience, we called taco cabana and spoke to Ricky. He was so kind and helpful and he made us our food fresh so we could come get it. Great service and kindness! Especially when it wasn’t even their fault. 5 Stars!

Visited 6/29/22 evening Summary: Ordered 2 chicken fajita cabana bowls and an enchilada plate. Waited exactly 36 minutes for my food and received 2 VERY VERY overcooked/old beef fajita bowls. Details: I visited this location on my way home from work and decided to place my order in store. When I walked in, I immediately noticed that the trash cans were overflowing and there were multiple people who had obviously been waiting for their orders for a while. I approached the counter and the cashier who, while not unpleasant, was not friendly or very helpful. They informed me that all orders were to go only and I would have to leave once I received my order. I placed my order and took a seat to wait. While I saw one group get their order almost immediately, another group made multiple complaints about their wait. When they received their order they immediately had multiple problems and were not pleased with the service. I waited for what turned out to be over 30 (with no input or apologies from the staff). For fast food that was anything but, and a cost of over $35 for 3 people, I would recommend avoiding this location.

This place needs to overhaul it's portion sizes. These nachos were a joke! Even taco bell has better nachos and that's saying something.....Haven't been here in years and see why again. Got an order of ground beef nachos and they were horrible. Barely anything on top I mean about a teaspoon of beef, beans and cheese. Come on put something on those nasty chips. Chips tasted horrible as well. How can you serve nachos without much cheese? Beans are cheap! Very disappointing..... Doubt I will waste anymore of my money here ever again.

I went for a Strawberry margarita. The Strawberry Mix wasn't frozen yet, and very water down. So my husband went inside an let them know it wasn't ready. They where so sweet and the lady was so nice she apologies, she even gave us complimentary Soda while we wait for our Margarita. The manager was name Daniella. Hispanic lady, Kinda short, always wears a smile. Thank you for the above and beyond customer service you given to my husband and myself. For that Great Customer Service you will always have my buisness. Thank you Taco Cabana. Also thank the sweet lady worked the window as well. She was younger mixed lady with glasses

The food was gross nasty flavour and they took forever. Most of the taco cabana are decent but I walked inside and they were doing salsa on front counter boxes stacked up by bathroom and a mess on tables and drink station. While some of the employees stood around. Waited almost 30 minutes ....Meat literally taste like cigarettes. And I don't smoke. Beans and rice tasted old. Flautas were burnt. New management or shut this place down. I never give reviews but had to share because food made me sick. Never had this a bad experience.

Taco cabana is always good food of course and usually a good experience. Today though, we ordered fajitas for our family and sat down. When the order was ready, they just set it on the old condiment bar and apparently left it. Eventually someone came to tell us our food was ready but it was already cold and who knows how long it had been sitting there.
