Dunkin'

The two stars is for the service. It is usually good. The doughnuts—EVERY time I go here—are old. They are at least a day old because I can't eat them the next day they are so hard and dry. I am trying to understand what time of day or what day of the week they are fresh. Anyone know of another dnut place in this area?

Ordered 2 donuts, handed bag of one. I checked and asked for the other one. Handed dirty napkins to me from where he was wiping off my cup that spilled. I ordered an XL said didn't look right and again employee stayed it was an XL. Got home grabbed cup from yesterday and golly I paid for XL and was give a large.

I first have to say their coconut milk refreshers are so amazingly good I never had coconut milk and it is delicious. My only complaint is I’ve had on two occasions within the last month one persons making or grabbing the food the others making a drink and there’s not communication on what’s been given to the customer so a lot of times I have to remind them that I’m still waiting for a coffee or a bagel or a doughnut they don’t seem to know who is giving what to the customer. Most of the time I can see the coffee already made just sitting there but they don’t know who it goes to

Always a problem when I come here. Lethargic and rude staff who are never willing to compromise. Can't even be bothered to say "Hi!'or "Thank you!" Or "Have a good day!" I don't eat bacon so I asked them to just not put bacon on my sandwich but I was told they can't do that. Like ??? It's easy, just put egg, cheese, and no fricken bacon! How difficult is this? Worst dunkin I've been to in my life. Need a change of staff badly
