The food I ordered was completely messed up even though I gave them clear instructions of it Potatoes were completely burnt and chalupa was only with beans and extra beans no there was no sour cream cheese or any veggies and was not even rapped it , they put it in as open in bag which was so disgusting to see and also veggies fiesta barrito was having meat in it even though I said it all vegetarian order .

This review is is for who made the food tonight because everything was fresh, neat and tasted good. And also for Gavin the employee as he was patient, kind and went the extra mile with no complaints and with a positive attitude. I forgot what my wife wanted and he was able to keep the line moving while also catering to me. While my food was brought out I asked for mild sauce and he ran back in with no problem. You don't get that kind of service these days anymore so thank you!

If I was split between two locations I would never come here. All others are at least twice the drive. Tiny portions, no meat in tacos and beat yet ordered online for in store pick up to miss the drive thru and apparently they decided to leave the lobby closed at 730…. Unfortunately I’ll Probably still come back but man does this place suck

Bought the $5 loaded nacho box for my wife only to find out that they filled the accompanying taco with a plastic lid. Not a tiny piece.. An entire lid! How does one wrap a soft taco and not realize that a plastic lid is packed inside? Called the store, lady answers, asked to speak with the manager and she hangs up on me. Tried to call back several times and get a busy signal for a couple of minutes before it rings again and the same lady answers. Asked if she was the manager, she said she was and as I start to complain, she says she can't hear me and hangs up again. So I took the taco, my receipt and drove to the store and asked to speak with the manager again. The manager shows up, I explain the situation, show her my receipt and taco. When I was done, they very first words out of her mouth was "do you want another box?" what happened to a simple apology? I asked her that and her response? "sorry, do you want another box?" I don't think so.. And I left.
