Marco's Pizza

It's Christians day!!! We ordered online and when we arrived there they said there is no order placed even my credit card charged. So I was trying to describe that's not fault but they start shutting at me and very rude attitude. So does it matter pizza is good or not anymore? Not for me ... You judge by yourself!!!

Absolutely love this place. Pizza is amazing and is not expensive (my opinion). The amount of options you have is great and the free crust toppers are an awesome bonus. I order from them probably once a week and am always satisfied. The only negative thing I would say is that a couple of times they have forgotten to make my pizza extra well done when I ask but it's not a big deal. The last thing I want to comment on is their customer service. Every time I've ordered I've been very pleased with their service. Very polite and they don't try to rush you when you order. And they go out of their way to make the customer happy. I ordered a few days ago and asked for the food to be delivered at 8:30. Around 8 o'clock they called and asked if I still wanted the food at that time. This was very helpful because I had actually timed my day wrong and needed the pizza by 8:45 which they had no problem doing. And to top it off, the driver was there at exactly 8:45. As I said in the beginning I absolutely love this place and will continue to be a frequent customer.

We would give 0 stars if an option. We ordered pizza from here 6/2; showed up and they gave our order to another person who said their first name was the same. At first the associate asked if I could wait 10-15 minutes and they'd remake the order. I made no stink and said I would be back as I left my phone in car. As I was at my car the manager advised that they unfortunately could not remake based on people have picked up previously and then came and said they didn't have and it costs them money. I advised I would be right back in.I went in and manager continued to tell me the person verified everything on the order. I showed confirmation email, they called my phone, even had husband show up and show his ID for them to confirm it was not us that picked up the pizza. The manager onsite continued to argue they confirmed all information with the person that picked up and there was nothing she could do! They would not remake the pizza nor would they reimburse my card. They continued to call the owner while we were there and discuss, when we asked to speak to the owner they said he is off today and we cant bother him on this. Then the associate that handed the pizza ADMITTED he did not confirm the phone number and we were not the people that picked up. They still would not remake or reimburse. It was such horrible customer service. We left our info after arguing about the charges and no pizza for 30 minutes, and the owner was to call us. We have now waited and called them to be told he is off. This is not the way a business should be run. We have given 2 days to correct this with no calls to address from them.
