Store manager Robbie, always a delight when he's on shift, great customer service. you can tell he really enjoys what he does.
however, its his staff that let the store down, the rest are all passive aggressive to eachother on the store front which everyone in the shop was very uncomfortable. one member of staff was unnecessary rude towards another, I haven't mentioned names but I did catch the names if needed.

Thank you so much to the man who served me, I suffer from anxiety issues and I'm autistic and he was so very patient with me. Midway through ordering when I was panicking he told me I was doing great and I just want to say that stuck with me all day. Thank you so much kind sir. You made my week. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name, he has a very kind face and a gentle voice and made me feel so comfortable.

Stopped to grab dinner on my way home. Not very busy, so no queue for me, happy days. Usual standard selection of options, and high standards of hygiene that i have come to expect from this franchise. 'Cheese and toasted?' Absolutely! Very nice fresh tasty food, hopefully slightly healthier than some fried options available close by. 😎

Store manager robbie went above and beyond to ensure are standards were met. Food was excellenty presented to us and was incredible.

Myself and my friend went into this subway after a very long day to be greeted by Jess, Ryan and another colleague. All were friendly, knowledgable and professional. Sub was so good one of us ordered seconds☺️

Very friendly staff ! Loved the service.
Could use a bit of cleaning on the tables but to have the tables was already a nice surprise.

Located in a services but had a nice seating area. Food was fresh and well stocked. The friendly staff were are eager to help. Would definitely stop there again.

Awesome meal such a shame it's the only one left for miles after all the closures.
