There is only one Tim Hortons in and around the city of Banff. So, I would highly recommend people to order ahead on their mobile app and pick it up later which saves plenty of time. We went there several times irrespective of what time it was. It was very busy in the mornings and slightly free in the evenings. I really loved their pastries, and their coffee. Cheers to their friendly staffs.

I got no problems. They were fast. I was in may there. I think in the Summer there are a lot of people. Ordering on the machine was without Problems. Early in the morning its empty. There are a few parking spots in front of the Store. If they are full there is a free spot near the train station about 5 minutes to walk away.

This location is in a bad sport to start. Parking is very busy. The service is friendly considering the customer base that pop in and have bad attitudes to start from the parking situation. The service is not prepared for the amount of clientele they get. It’s the only Tim Hortons in town.

The wait is always insane, no matter if you order on the app you won’t be served faster.
People are stacked in the waiting zone, the inside is definitely not clean, garbage everywhere including the parking lot.
Not COVID friendly either.

I ordered a regular coffee this morning with oat milk. The order was correctly written on the cup. Though some sort of negligence occurred and I was given almond milk. I have a serious allergy to almonds - I did mention that I’m allergic to almonds while ordering. Thankfully I was working in an infirmary this morning. Not a great start to the day. I usually have a very pleasant experience at this location, the time is usually very kind and efficient. Definitely disappointed.

Its Tim's. It's a Canadian staple. Decent coffee (go for the dark roast if you actually like coffee), dream donuts are ok. If you want donuts though, do yourself a favor and go to Safeway or an actual bakery instead. This location had fast service. I had a black coffee and it was what I expected. McDonald's coffee is better

You can tell there a team here they work together to keep the lines moving at a pace were all comfortable with plus the coffee was fresh honestly better then I've had from here in a while. If it's that good coffee your looking for stop in
