Phil & Shuan were very kind, had great smiles, and were genuinely caring. I've never seen them frown. Acknowledgement of their great customer service needs to be recognized. Store is SO CLEAN! Also Ms. Lacy was very nice also!

Omg, so today I had a 7am meeting so before that I decided to get a quick fix of coffee. As I walk in 3 crew members show me smiley faces, greet me nicely and were ready to help. Right away I felt welcome but what had caught my attention was the sticky notes by the counter full of wonderful sayings I was inspire I left one and I took one. The one I left say Be Grateful and the one I took say: Obstacles are things you can always overcome. 😍 Also,the barista complemented by bag full of pins and I say if I had starbucks pins I will rock them and he kindly gave me two. I know I know free advertisement but honestly they made my morning. Keep up the great work.

The place was clean and nice. The staff was great. The coffee was great. I was there a couple of times. It was very busy both times. One of the things I really liked was we did not have to wait for decaf to be brewed.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable baristas! I typically visit for my daily Espresso. The Batista today turned me onto my new favorite, Blonde Espresso! I will continue visit this location as it is on my way home from work!

Store employees were very welcoming. The choice of items was broad. I noticed the restroom had a newly installed coded lock. That's a good policy. I'll continue going to this location based on its convenience and atmosphere.

This Starbucks at 10 Light is one of my favorite locations being a couple of blocks away from the Inner Harbor and The Charm'tastic Mile. The Caramel and Vanilla Latte is my go-to morning beverage. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. I will be there again in the next few days.

First time at this location. Very friendly staff. Accurate and prompt with my order. My friend wasn't sure if he would like his drink, they offered to remake it If he wasn't pleased. Our drinks came out perfect.

This Starbucks at 10 Light Street is one of my favorites. It's small but cozy. Usually a little busy, but they are efficient. The staff is extremely friendly and the place is always clean and well stocked. Definitely one of the top Starbucks in the area.

Always quick with my orders, whether in person or via the app! Once a barista "messed up" my order; she apologized profusely, but my drink was great! Any time there's a mistake, the baristas will apologize, but I have yet to have any issue with this. They're very friendly, and the drinks are yummy. Starbucks is a nice treat, once in a while.
