This location is fairly new. It is been open a little over 2 years. The service has not changed. The customer service is amazingly great. The young people that work there are helpful and very polite.

I prefer the DD on Falls Rd down by Poly High School. They don't mess your order up half as much and they understand what you're saying!!

The staff are fast, they know what they are doing, and they are able to work with the Dunkin App. The only thing that I would want from this location would be a drive thru, but other than that it is a great location.

Drinks were good. Most of the good donuts were gone with no indication of when there would be more. The runner up donuts were dry. Restaurant was extremely busy, small and crowded with only a single accessible entrance, exit and no regulation of how many people could come in.
