Disgustingly unhygienic, young workers are taken advantage of to the extent that they man the kiosk on their own after just 2 weeks of training. Milkshake jugs aren't cleaned thoroughly just rinsed with water if at all. Female boss harassed a young staff member in my presence and I was wholly disturbed by her venom. My eldest contracted food poisoning also after having order a week old chicken panini. Stay away from this place if you value your health, Costa just opened in the tower centre.... it's lovely and decently priced for high quality food, drink and staff.
