Mcdonald's

Horrible experience. There was one family who ordered and was waiting for there order and one person in the drive thru. To crew members. The person who appeared to be the assistant manager or crew leader was rude, slow and had no sense of urgency while he took my order and went about directing the cook to prepare items he needed. He went directly from handling cash to touching food items and placing them in the bag without sanitizing his hands or wearing gloves. I was not given a receipt which makes me wonder if he was stealing from the register. I waited for approximately 20 minutes. My Togo order which consisted of fries, hamburger and nuggets was cold. I only walked across the street to the truck stop to eat my food. I was very disappointed. I was in this slow terrible food restaurant on 12/28/2020 at 9pm EST.

Really slow service, but the meal was good. Many locations focus mainly on the drive thru orders and let customers in the lobby wait way too long. It's so obvious. This really annoys me. The employees were really friendly, but the food delivery was very slow. I did enjoy the food. It was hot and fresh. I'd like to see this location put more effort into wait times.

If I could give this location a zero I would. We went through the drive-thru and was asked to look at the menu and she would be with right with us. After 5 minutes we went to the window and asked if we can order. She asked if we ordered and we repeated twice that we have been waiting for 5 minutes to order. She asked what we wanted and as my husband was telling her she started taking the order of person behind us. We finally just drove off when we realized what she was doing. We got no apologies for the lack of service for keeping us waiting. I understand it is the day after Christmas, however you still need to provide appropriate customer service.

The staff were slow and not friendly....I asked for a small lid and told the lady they're out up front. She brings me a new pack and just places it on the counter. Doesn't open it or anything....I'm not sure if I was supposed to distribute it myself? I mean, I don't mind helping but not when I'm given attitude, no hello...nothing. Also the two staffers I could see handling food had no gloves on. The burgers seemed a little overcooked and weren't made the way I'm used to from usual BKs....store was messy, bathroom was messy, fountain drinks were having issues...dont know, I generally try not to leave bad reviews but it was all kind of a mess.

We were traveling for 5 hours and this is the place we stopped at for lunch, big mistake. We walked in, and first thing, bathrooms were closed so my 4 year old and I had to walk to the gas station just to use the bathroom and wash our hands. While we did that, the cashier was only taking one order at a time, ignoring anyone that stood in line and walked in, waiting for that first order to finish bagging and handing out, before taking the next customer. Do not recommend.
