Amazing place, smiling faces all wait staff were Great. Food was amazing. We left Local Bar In Bad Axe where staff was rude, walked in Verona and 💯 different atmosphere. 5 starts and will be dining there again soon.

First time coming here and the food was AMAZING! The portions were huge and everything tasted fresh and delicious, like it was actually cooked with care and love. We will definitely be coming back from Chesterfield just to eat here!

Every other Friday, myself and my two daughters as well as my mother and father travel to Verona tavern to eat their AUCE cod/pollock. Only place I will go for a fish dinner. They don't give you the pre packaged wet batter nasty stuff. The coating on the fish is just perfect matched with their homemade French fries and Cole slaw or cottage cheese. It's worth the drive and wait as their tables are always full due to the deliciousness they serve.
