Mcdonald's

The food at this location was horrible! Chicken nuggets were discussting they were soggy and the middle was grossly under cooked not to mention they tasted like they had been booked hours ago. And the fries were cold and tasted old as well..This saddens me because I just moved here and have four young children and we frequent Mc Donalds often!!

This Avondale McDonald's is the absolute worst, they mix up your order! if they're even open by 7:15am . I understand it's covid but your kids are asking for some breakfast because McDonald's is catered to children and you can't get your son a sausage biscuit and a hash brown before school. You knock on the front door which you know is NOT open in the lobby again COVID. it's 7:15 in the morning and you're supposed to have been open for an hour and you're acting like you being closed is normal. We drive an extra 20 minutes away to get Happy Meals from another location because this one charges you $5 for a Happy Meal then they don't even put the toy inside. GARBAGE LOCATION. Will not be back even for a dollar drink!

I am only giving two stars because I know this establishment can do better. I ordered through Door Dash, a 10 piece nugget meal, a medium caramel Frappe, and a large fry. My large fry wasn't in the bag, and neither was the drink that came with the meal. Door Dash is not to blame because with the current Covid-19 crisis, they are unable to check our bags. I payed $22 for McDonald's mistake, and they wouldn't pick up their phone when I went to call in said mistake.
