I have been there many times, but when it first opened it was more of a novelty in going there. I pick up for my family as they love the fries and hotdogs. I don't believe anybody says, "Hey, Let's go to five guys for a cheeseburger, as every burger is overcooked. You can ask them to lighten up on the cooking, but the answer is no, and you have some poor kid running around the place with a thermometer until the center reaches a certain temperature. It is my contention that their burgers have no center. You have a top and a bottom, as they are so thin that there's no room for a center. Within 500 yards of both stores, you can find a better burger and the establishment does not take regulations to the extreme. Our society is crumbling when you have Laws on an American Burger, and the prices? I will leave that alone.
I will say though that the youngsters that work at five guys are all classy kids, so I always tip them.

By far, one of my favorite places to eat. When they do it right, it's amazing. I've only had very few mediocre experiences there, but never any outright bad ones. Service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean and pleasant to be in.

Disappointed with our last visit. Prices have gone up, service has declined and food quality poor. This is the first Five Guy experience I had that did not even come part way to meeting expectations. Music was so loud need to shout for others to hear including workers. Buns were stale, toppings scarce, burgers were crispy outside and pink inside and fries were cold and limpy. The tables were not wiped off (we had to do it in order to sit) despite 7 employees + a manager but only two customers in line, and the service was unfriendly. Will find a better burger place to spend my money next time. And no, it is not due to covid, just lack of management and caring of what is being served to customers. $32 for two persons there can be no excuse.

I’ve tried to like Five Guys…but I just can’t. Today I had a mustard and ketchup sandwich, with a little burger and cheese, on a soggy bun. There was so much salt on the fries we ended up throwing them out. (We got our order To go, or we would have taken it back). Honestly you can get a better burger at McDonald’s or Burger King…for less.

5 guys burgers and fries! Also try the Marcus special, a cultivation of milkshake genius. This Mastercraft selection will satisfy taste buds and have you wishing for more!

Great burgers as usual... the fries were a little too salty. Might want to ask for lightly salted .

Wonderful staff, all hard working a special thanks to Shayla, great parking, curbside service available but even though food was fresh kind of pricy hard for a family to eat there, peanuts are free and fries are great

These kids that work here are ridiculous. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a large Cajun fry. I received my food and was sorely disappointed. No cheese on my burger and they buried my fries in steak seasoning! Omg. Can't even eat these fries! Disgusting! Unless you like to have your food completely jacked up; I wouldn't go to this 5 guys. Ever!
