Frost Bite

Wow! Unbelievably delicious! I got a waffle cone filled with hard chocolate ice cream and brownie bits and it was soooo good! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend them. Their fries, breadsticks, and chicken sandwich were also delicious! Plus, the staff was so friendly and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Left feeling disappointed and like I made the wrong choice. So Dairy Queen was closed, and I really wanted a good ice cream cone. Had heard so many great things about "frost bite" and since I had already had the local area "culver's" -Danny's - McDonalds it was time to try Frost bite. I must be honest this was a horrible choice as I left with a pre made waffle cone soft serve ice cream cone for almost $5. I will have to find out what the locals come here for; but it's definitely NOT SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM CONES.

They get 2 stars only for good ice cream. The service was terrible the older lady working the drive-thru was about as unprofessional as they come, she had a serious case of the I hate my job syndrome. She was super rude while we put are order in, then was mumbling under her breath about the orders while we where paying. As she started to hand out are 4 Frosts I asked for lids and she then got mad and started to lecture me on the difference between frosts and shakes and said we don't put lids on them. I then followed up by saying that because it's a drive-thru and that I'm getting 4 Frosts I will need the lids she mumbled and slamed closed the window. (THIS SHOULD BE COMMON SENCE I WAS DRIVING, NOT EATING THERE AND HAD A FAMILY ORDER!!). I hope they fix thier problems because they do have great ice cream.

This was my first time here. I stopped in on a whim and boy am I glad I did! The staff is SUPER friendly and the owner personally greeted me. I ordered a butterscotch milkshake and I must say that it's possibly the best milkshake I've had in years. Thick and creamy and full of flavor. They have an outside dining area and the place/grounds are neat and clean. They serve a lot more than ice cream here too. I can't comment on anything except the milkshake but if the other stuff they serve is half that good it will be delicious. Highly recommend this locally owned business.
