If I could give zero stars I would - everyone except the older lady is rude and unhelpful. Today, no hot food in sight! No pizza, wings, hot dogs, NOTHING! When asked all I got was NOPE, we don't - no attempt to get anything fixed - This location is ALWAYS super busy early mornings and lunch with all the construction workers in the area and to have no hot food is shameful! They don't even have any lottery tickets in the case anymore! Is this store getting ready to close? WTH?????

Door was locked and chained AGAIN. I live in the neighborhood and this is my closest late night option. I wish it was not. The store may or may not be open at any given time, it is NOT 24 hours. If employees are being paid to work late night, they are being payed to sleep. The store is poorly stocked (when you can get in), it is dirty (especially the restroom), and the people are rude if they acknowledge you at all. This store should be shut down until new management / employees or both can be hired. I don't expect much from late night 7-11 but physically open with items to purchase is as basic as it gets and this location fails even that. Regularly.

This shop extracted my credit card information twice. When I experienced the credit card fraud at first, I only suspected this store cause I only visited there due to COVID 19. After I got a new card, I tried to only use this store as a test. And gotcha, someone again tried to steal my credit card number. I will report this to police soon. Please watch out.

This place is a total dump. The owner should be embarrassed. The bathroom was beyond disgusting with no paper anywhere, wet floors and dirty seat. Gross. Floors were dirty everywhere and employees were not interested in customer service just chatting amongst one another. This place needs a total overhaul!

WARNING. I have had my credit card info stolen more than once in less than 3 weeks at this gas station. They are ripping card info info from the card readers and make miscellaneous charges to random Texaco stations around Austin. DO NOT COME HERE. (Also see review below. This is obv happening a lot).
