Had to come to the store because the Circle K across the street ladies were rude. The store was clean the ladies were so nice and I let them know that I appreciate them for being so kind great job 7-Eleven. 👏

Worker is closing the store until 4 AM because he needs to “clean.” I’ve been here for the last 20 minutes and he’s just on his phone.

Poor customer service I asked the gentleman to break a $100 bill he stated to me that he could not I work for 711 I know he could Vent From the safe the tube it is poor customer service and not wanting to do the work....
I came in to buy a big red stick of cheese and 2 lottery tickets and he refused to break my $100 bill that is unacceptable....

Suppose to be 24 hrs, but he sign at the door says closed for Cleaning until 3am. So you're not open 24 hrs!

Store is a mess restrooms always dirty and smelling like sewer coffee area a mess as well and they always advised wrong gas & diesel prices to Luer you in to fuel up and when you confront them about the price difference from pump to with their advertising they say whatever the price is at the pump it’s whatever it is and that they don’t know how to change it

Ordered online twice and both times they not only forgot something but didn't attempt to give me any alternate items. Can't even say with confidence they reimbursed me either. Their phone number is disconnected so you can't even call! Poor service overall and the only real upside is a few of their delivery drivers. Don't order online if you want all of your stuff that you paid for!! They will definitely scam you out of your money!
