Workmanship and warranty is extremely poor. Communication is latent. We took it in for minor issues and none were addressed! They caused new damages to our brand new ‘21 Globetrotter Airstream! Extremely disappointed. We are taking it to the factory to fix their damages. They switched our new mattress for NO REASON; found tags were taken off a twin mattress! Kitchen sink is still damaged and bath tub has dents that they tried to hide. They had to replace an overhead cabinet door that they damaged which didn’t have any problems to begin with!! Sharing only a couple of things! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Ok so I went to look at getting an RV I told the guy exactly what I wanted in price range has he had some in that price range insisted on showing me so I'm outside of the price range I was looking therefore as a guy could not follow simple instructions therefore I will not be going back nor purchasing anything from there. I would not recommend people to this area just on them not paying attention to individuals details

After doing our homework we contacted the dealership and were immediately put in touch with our salesperson, RC, who listened to what we were looking for. Airstreams are in high demand and on a 90 day order to delivery time frame. RC kept us updated on the status of our trailer’s build. Once it arrived at the dealership we set up our delivery date. Every person in the step of delivery was professional and friendly, Henry who handed our initial intake David and Elaine who handled detailing our trailer, and Branden, in the service department, who gave us a complete and thorough walk-through of our trailer of all of its functions and special considerations. If you are looking for a cookie-cutter recreational vehicle trailer, then don’t consider an airstream. But if you were looking for a high-quality trailer with high-quality service then consider the airstream and you will not be disappointed. Fun fact, nearly 75% of all airstreams ever built to date are still on the road and serviceable today.
