Bagels were not super fresh today. None of us enjoyed eating them.

First time visiting this location and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the baker’s dozen with 2 cream cheeses. I’ve been buying bagels from Einstein for years and have never had my order packed so well. The 2 onion ones were placed separately in their own bag in the box. The rest were very neatly and well packed. They even offered freezer bags. At other locations, I’ve received bagels simply tossed inside or stacked but never so carefully.
I felt very valued as a customer. See you again the next time I’m in Austin!

If I Had To Think Of A Single Negative Opinion It'd Be That I Didn't Know There Was Parking In The Back Until Recently However I Absolutely 🥰 This Place I'm Practically There Everyday. You Could Come Everyday For A Year And Not Have Repeat The Staff Are Fantastic The Manager Is Heartily Humble Its Incredible Not Too Mention The Location Is Perfect For Me Living On Campus.

Friendly staff and a great app that I've always been able to get free coffee on. They are also really good about making up the right order if they happen to get you the wrong thing the first time around. My go to is the Blueberry Bagel with Strawberry Shmear, which they do very well

It opens early morning, so it’s good to have a light breakfast.

I’ll usually make a stop here after a morning exam for some breakfast. There’s usually a line and quite a few people waiting for their orders but it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes and you can usually find a spot to sit and enjoy your food.
