Reviews of Red Robin

Good place for burgers and gatherings, service is quick and enjoyable. The servers are very polite and come back often enough to make sure we are all good on drinks and of the food is good (always is). Menu is vast just about something for everyone. The deserts are very tasty and the milkshakes are something wonderful. I love their campfire sauce its a great condiment for just about everything on the menu. Has its own little flavor to add on to the food. 10/10 would go again

Great place to get a really good salad @ a great price. The salad was so big I had to save some for later. Receptionists/hostess are very nice and helpful. Manager helped us very promptly with a concern we had. Would be very glad to comeback again. Please give this location a chance. We had a very great experience and hope you have the same. God Bless

I was impressed by the service in Red Robin. I saw a team work to fulfill customers demands! The manager was doing everything and his power to help out. He was cleaning up tables, he was being a host, he was helping delivering drinks that example he was giving to the his team was admirable. Our waitress was so attentive to our table , to our needs and got everything right. The food was delicious as always but this time what stud out to me was the OUTSTANDING SERVICE we got. Thank you very much !!!

Omg... Thank u Victoria... Everything was great... My husband. Was happy with his meal... His burger and especially the. bacon.. cheesey fondu... My burger on point... Didnt care to much for the yukon chips... But the donuts with caramel sauce... Made me happy... With endless rootbeer floats and Michaels rasberry lemonade u recommended... We will b back... Thank you.❤❤

Fully expecting that I’m giving this place a three or a two star but I have to be honest the place is really clean the service is really good the burger was amazing and it wasn’t cooked to order I do like a rare burger but the price is pretty fair 15 bucks for a burger and unlimited model fries. I guess the biggest reason why give it a four stars because they have bar none the best soda water I’ve ever tasted. Josh the bartender juggle both his bar duty and his serving perfectly.

Update on from last review. Took 20 mins for food but i did get a free beer, the waitress brought the wrong one and manager brought the right one. SCORE. I'll still go back. FIRST of all, other reviews need to realize that this place just opened and staff are still in the learning process. No one is perfect. SO, my experience was great: walked in asked for bar seat for two sat right away(6:30pm). Bartender was nice and talkative, and other server was nice as well. Fried pickles are crispy, the sauce is like a tangy bbq type not that spicy. The Fish and Chips: fish was soft moist but crispyon top and a little soggy on the bottom, chips where a little soggy and the basket did have oil on the bottom. The chicken sandwich: asked for grilled onions instead of red onions and they came out great, chicken was tender and moist. Would go back for other items to try. They also rotate beer on taps for seasonal beer.

We were seated promptly upon entry even though it was dinner time. The decor inside is bright and modern. They have a full bar, and lots of different craft brew beer. Even though we were seated at a two-top the chairs were very comfortable and cushioned. Our waiter Brian was very attentive to our needs and did an excellent job providing customer service. We both ordered hamburgers with endless steak fries. The burgers were made exactly as ordered and were very delicious. The manager checked on Us near the end of our meal to make sure we had everything we needed.
