truly the best experience i have ever had in a restaurant. the food was great, and the employees were kind. last night, me and a friend sat inside and lost track of time talking, and when we checked the time we realized they had already closed! nobody had kicked us out or asked us to leave, and when we quickly grabbed our things to leave a very kind employee told us to have a great night. truly the best experience ever! thank you cabo bob’s, and sorry again we accidentally stayed after close! love you guys

food is quite delicious and very fresh highly recommend the fish tacos, queso, and steak burrito. one thing I have a bit of a problem with is that if you order online, even if you arrive early for your pick-up time, there is a good chance your food has been waiting there at room temperature for some time. They have no hot holding boxes or heat lamps (or maybe not enough), by the time you pick up (again, even if you are early), food is already getting cold.

Truly confused why folks still go to chipotle because Cabo Bobs is the same but way better! Why is it better? Homemade tortillas for burritos and tacos (cheddar and cilantro tomatillo are my favorite) their ingredients are overall fresher and it feels healthier than chipotle! I also LOVE a their spicy hot sauce near the drinks. Ambiance is just okay as there are a LOT of college kids at this location so the line can be long.

As a Muslim who can't eat meat from here, I'll say I really love the fish burritos! I'm general, all the fish dishes I've tried here turned out really good. The freedom you get with choosing each item in your burrito is also a great experience.

The burrito is incredibly huge! Two people can share one. I went there at 17:40 and it's already crowded. It's hard to let the staffs hear me when ordering. I asked for brisket but got pork. I want some lemon but the man started wrapping it up so I got nothing. Food is divine while service can be improved.

Being from Boston, I have qdoba, chipotle, boloco, and anas taqueria... but boy, would i love to have one of these back home one of the best burritos I've had in a while If you're visiting Austin, do yourself a favor and stop by here they make the tortillas fresh here right in front of you. You get three options, and I got the cilantro tortilla with brisket and rice beans onions, and if you love lime, like I do, make sure to add it at the end. The tortilla chips i thought weren't too great personally, maybe because I ate them with no side sauce. For a drink, I just got the topo Chico mineral water. They do have their own sodas that I didn't try but heard were good. I will definitely be going back every time I visit Austin.

The food was pretty good … to be honest, a higher quality burrito/bowl than Chipotle, plus, more options to choose from. If you’re craving Chipotle, definitely try/support Cabo Bob’s! 🙌 The tortillas were delicious and FRESHLY made (all four flavors); and, we loved the option for freshly squeezed lime juice as a topping/dressing. The staff was pretty nice too! Only recommendation would be to add lean/fresh protein options.
