That short Mexican dude that works nights is seriously racist and needs some serious mental help. He's bad for business and should not work there. I will be reaching out to corporate. Worst customer service I have ever received. I do alot of business with that seven eleven and do not deserve childish behavior from a lepracon. Ugh what a vibe killer....

Girl working register refused to let me use the restroom and was extremely rude. Too busy flirting will a guy standing at the counter to even acknowledge me. “We don’t allow customers to use our restroom, it’s for employees only” she said in a snotty tone. What kind of convenience store doesn’t let you use the restroom after purchasing $40 in gas? I Will never spend $ at a 7-11 again and will purchase gas elsewhere from now on.

The same person behind the counter was extremely rude yet again seemed like such a big inconvenience for her to cash in a 4$ scratch ticket. I guess if she wasnt more busy making sure she fed her kid and herself. You work in a conivience store good god maybe get a job where you don't have to deal with the public because you really don't have the attitude for it!!!

If I could give a half or negative start I would! The worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to! The service is terrible and the representatives see disrespectful. During this time when masks are a necessity and a law, neither the employees not the patrons are obeying this rule! They don't stock 2/3 of the items that 7-eleven offers! It's a disgrace!

Have never been treated to disrespectfully in my life. The clerk Maria, quit what she was doing to pay for her kids snacks, then waited on a friend for several things. Took quit a while for him to decide what lottery games to play. Once done she went back to what she was doing and ignored me. I stood there and finally the young man waited on me. No eye contact, no acknowledgement ,no nothing from Maria. Very racist behavior.

The older woman working is incredibly rude. She doesn't seem to enjoy her job and should consider another position. We are invested in stock with 711and too think she doesn't understand how to treat customer and even stated she was upset with customers negative review

Very rude and yes there is a change shortage but at least post that your not giving back change on the front of your door so people don't wait in line and looks stupid because the could get back 97 cents in change. I would of been ok if it was like 20 cents but almost a full dollar and they aren't will to just give u the dollar since there lossing out on 3 cents
