Cook Out

This location has problems with getting your orders right. I wasn't please with my grilled chicken. It was cooked to hard. I couldn't bite into it without the hard chicken getting stuck between my teeth. I use to eating my grilled chicken juicy and tender. My fries also was overcooked. What happened to the way they use to prepare the meals when they first open up.

I typically come to this Cookout more than any other restaurant on Peach Orchard. Regardless of the time of day, they always take forever. They hardly ever have bags. They really don't care about the customers in an emergency either and this is what I mean. I was involved in a hit and run outside their restaurant in the drive thru line, that I was already waiting in for about 15 minutes and the line only moved up once. They didn't allow me and my passenger inside and they even pause drive thru orders just to allow the tow truck to get the hit and run driver's car. It was a display of absolute disregard for people in an emergency. I had to sit on the ground and wait for the PD to arrive for 15 additional minutes. So I'm never coming back to this location again. I'll drive across town 🤷🏾‍♀️

This was my "big" double burger. Didn't have the bacon or pickles on it like I ordered. Even though it was only a few cents, they didn't give me my change. Almost drove off without the "large" double mint chocolate shake which is a very sad excuse for a large if what I received was in fact a "large"(on the left in picture)
