We visited this place in July 2019 just a quick stop for a light lunch.<br/>We had noticed that a lot of office staff and tradees were using it,so we thought that it must be good.<br/>I chose a Curried pasty that was warmish so I asked for it to be heated.The male person behind the counter said it it was hot,but it wasn't.,but he did put it into the microwave again. My granddaughter had a chicken pie which was a little doughy or under cooked.<br/>So she left part of it.The food was not the complaint that i have it was the cleanliness of the place that was bad.<br/>Bits of paper and food all over the floor.The waitress came out and picked up the plates etc that had been left on the tables but did not bother to wipe the tables down. Other customers were coming in and wiping away the tables with their hands.<br/>My wife had to go to the toilets and was directed to the mens after being told to use them as the ladies was in use. As she went ti go in she heard someone in there so quickly shut the door.When she went into the ladies.She said it was very dirty and paper every where.She wouldn't have used it but was desperate.<br/>I had an upset stomach the next day. not saying it was because of the pasty but it could have been

I ordered a toasted cheese & onion sandwich, waited over 10 minutes for it to be made. Totally disappointed, was not toasted at all, just warmed up and full of big onion chunks, more onion than cheese, unfortunately I was already back in the office or I would have taken it back. Not impressed!!!

We had breakfast today in the morning at Ronnie's Café Bakery and ordered Big Breakfast each. Friendly and fast service. Yummy breakfast! The sausages and bacon were just delicious, hash browns perfectly cooked, two eggs each cooked to our liking (we asked for fried eggs flipped). Toasts already are served with butter on it. I rather would prefer to get-go some butter on the side and put it on the toast myself but well, it's no a big thing. Coffee tastes lovely as well. We will be back, loved our breakfast!

This s place is just infront of my office. So I have been here for breakfasts and snacks. They have so many options.<br/>I have tried their sausage roll..yummy<br/>Danish Snail.. yummy<br/>Toasted sandwiches.. yummy<br/>Would definitely try their other options in coming days. Staff are friendly too.

I always wanna try this cafe, and its very good. It's warm, service is good, nice breakfast, and the good thing is they have reasonable price, especially in CBD

Service is good. They have true hearty, real ingredient food. Their prices are very good compared to most other cafes in the CBD i.e. $6 for a baguette compared to $10-$14 elsewhere, definitely good value for money

Nothing fancy and real retro feel but they are true to label. They do old fashioned basics quite well and are always friendly. Their sandwich choice is limited and their cakes lack flavour but they do a nice breakfast and will always give pleasant service.

Good for a quick pickup, similar to Hollywood bakery in style but I'd say the food is a bit better. They also have a dine in menu which I haven't tried but seems popular, they're usually full in the mornings.<br/><br/>Nothing flash but not bad for a casual coffee and pastry.

Came here frequently with workmates for breakfast or lunch. The place has alot of seating and has alot of self service options in their cabinets. The breakfast we ordered was cooked to perfection and staff are always friendly and welcoming, i think the prices are quite reasonable compared to most places in town.

Sad to see so many low ratings. I used to work right next door to Ronnie's and popped in occasionally. We picked up sausage rolls and pies from here for our regular morning tea's, always fresh and good. Never had any problems! Lots of range and lots of seating, good to grab a morning coffee or dine in brekkie if in the area.

$45 Cheesecake was runny and not set even after returning to fridge for 5 hours. Brought evidence back after 2 days to show. Café staff said we should've brought back the whole runny cake back on the same day. Other excuse was that cake was fresh maybe it was collected too soon. Colleague who bought the cake says she won't go back there.

This bakery is very clean and has lots of seating but the prices are just OVER THE TOP. paid $2.50 for literally half a sandwhich. their rolls were $6.50 and they were so small with mainly lettuce. i get this place is in auckland cbd but i mean common! get your prices sorted!! its just stupid

I used to work near Ronnies Cafe in Botany Town centre and the customer service there and food was great! I used to love getting food there from my breaks! It has now moved closer to New World in the mall and is still delicious as always. Pumpkin soup would be one of my favorite things to get from there.

If possible I'd give a zero star rating. Chicken should never be undercooked, even chicken nuggets. They were served to my daughter and were transparent and gooey in the middle. We sent them back and they came back way overcooked on the outside, a very dark brown colour. I don't see how anyone would think that was acceptable. To cap it off there was no atmosphere and value was poor. To be fair the hot chocolate was good, which I guess justifies the 1 star.

We stayed in Auckland for the weekend and stumbled across this cafe whilst looking for somewhere to grab brunch. They had everything you could possibly imagine, cakes, slices, muffins, sandwiches, pies, everything! And the best part was how cheap it was! Even though everything in the cabinets looked so tempting, we decided to get brunch of their menu. I got the toasted muesli with fruit and yogurt ($9) and it was so big I couldn't eat it all, and my partner got a big breakfast which was HUGE and only $13! We were so surprised at how reasonable the prices were for somewhere right in Auckland!
