- Great Cocktails - Nagasaki Sour 👌 - Chicken Karage 👌 - Chicken Teriyaki Donburi - Good mix of different flavours - Tonkotsu - Great, but prefer to have soft-boiled over hard boiled and a spoon to scoop the soup 😜 Would highly recommend for a late night drinks with some wholesome food to keep it chill

I went on Sat 6th June 2020 and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the service there. As a gender non confirming person, I felt amazed at the level of kindness and safety the bar person offered us. I always brace myself for the "Hey girls/ladies" when I go anywhere with my partner; the misgendering is inevitable. However the lovely bar person immediately corrected themselves and apologized without any prompts from us. Then when we went to pay, he said again "I'm sorry, it's never good to assume." Thank you for hiring this lovely person, he made us feel incredibly safe and taken care of. PLUS - the drinks were amazing :)

This little hole in the wall is hard to find, but if you do, you'll find a casual selection of popular Japanese whiskeys (not top shelf, or rare, but still great for a common drop). There's ramen, deep fried chicken and lots of nibbles to be found. The atmosphere is casual, dark and intimate and on the weeknight I went, was really nice - not noisy and laidback.
