Sambandha Restaurant

I normally don't like to write reviews but couldn't resist it from doing as this is the worst momos I have ever had. The momos were overcooked so it was all falling apart. None of the momo was in it's single piece. I would have still eaten that if the taste was good but soup was at it worst as well. You guys need to improve the taste as well as the quality. This is the first time I ordered from here and it will be the last.

I bought 2steam momos, 1 chicken chowmein & 1 chicken sekuwa just now. chowmein was ok not really nice, sekuwa was good but momos were disgusting. It was off. I felt like throwing up. Even the sauce was off also you didn’t close the lid properly it was all over the bag. You guys need to taste or smell the food before you cook it or serve it. This time I got my order in time but last week I waited 49mins for 2momos. If you don’t take this matter seriously it’ll ruin your business for sure. Today you have ruined my dinner.

I rarely got 5 pieces of chicken in my 16$ chicken chowmein.No veggies at all.looks like boil noodles been thrown in a pan with lot of oils sautéed with exactly 5 small chicken pieces.this is my first time in new sambanda.i came after several years in auburn and i was expecting the tastes that used to be in old sambanda back in 2018,2019.I’ve post pic for reference.

Waiting for more than an hour to get the DUMPLING PLATTER through UBER EATS and when the food finally arrives, platter is missing achar. What do you expect me to eat those with? And when I call to ask them about it, the customer service representative is unknown about it and says that shouldn’t have happened. No sorry, nothing. And since I ordered from Lidcombe, I cannot go there just to get my missing achar. Ruined my afternoon lunch and my mood. Customer servers really should look after their customers no matter how busy it is, afterall we all pay for the food, more now than ever before. P.S. I had ordered samosa chat and I really think samosas don't come in this color. Add Chat options please because people won't eat bitter Samosas like the ones I got. You can do better, sambandha!!!

First the food came so late , one of us finished the whole plate of jhol Momo and rest of the dish still didn't come , second,the waistress doesn't know what she was doing and place the dish really loud on the table and left without saying anything ,third ,I got the worst burned thukpa as shown in pic.
