Moderately priced chain restaurant, not a large menu, but they do well with what the serve. Good waitstaff with good service

Isiah D was our server last night and he was fantastic -- attentive, friendly, great with our kids, charming, the whole package. When our daughter didn't really like the pizza she ordered because the sauce was too seasoned, he put in a special order of a grilled cheese without charging us for the sandwich. One of the best restaurant waiters we have had in years. We tipped him 25% because he deserved the extra. Food was good too. We really like the salad bar.

Our last 2 visits were awful. My husband said one more chance .. it was awesome. . The ribs and sweet potato were excellent. We didn't freeze in there this time. The temp was pleasant..didn't need to keep my coat on.

The service here was good. The food on the other hand, not so. My wife said her shrimp and pasta was fine. However, my fish was soggy, my "lobster tail" and shrimp were rubber. The zucchini was good.
Yet another area restaurant I won't be returning to.

Very Good! Portions are small, left feeling a bit hungry. Waitress was ok, felt that she gave us our bill too soon and made us feel like we had to leave while we were still eating.

Worst meal I've had in years! I had the half rack ribs and chicken tenders. My friend had the half rack ribs and shrimp. My friends half rack of ribs was bigger than mine and her shrimp were not cooked. My chicken tenders, if that's what you want to call them we're smaller than her shrimp. We both also got the salad bar that was out of half of the things that they offered at 6:30 in the evening. The wait staff was pleasant. We found no fault in her service she did an excellent job. The manager on the other hand stood around doing nothing when there was plenty to do. A good manager lend a helping hand to his staff in a busy restaurant. Definitely our last trip to Ruby Tuesday's.

I like their fresh salad bar with grapes & apples for dessert. I can also get a meal that is not spicy or rubbed with black pepper. I used to love their salad bar but they've changed it. They have good Ruby Relaxer drinks if you're celebrating.

The food was decent. It was very inexpensive for a family of four to eat out. My big complaint was the cleanliness and look of everything. The place looks like it hasn't been updated in years. There was Scotch tape holding up ripped wallpaper in the bathroom. The floors were gross and needed a vacuuming and cleaning. Just seems like they need a manager to get on top of some basic stuff and the place will be good.
