Very over priced. Staff was disinterested. The chicken was NOT fresh, dried out and rubbery. For $35, I expect fresh juicy chicken. I got rubbery shoe leather chicken. The sides too were old and gross. The biscuits were dryer than a desert and hard as rocks. I will not be going back. I get better fried chicken from gas stations and far cheaper.

Went through drive thru to get food. I only can order sides as a meal. When you order this way you get a biscuit with the meal. I asked the girl if I could have my biscuit. She said no, it doesn’t come with one! I have ordered like that for years!!! I have always got my biscuit! I have to pay $3.00 each for the sides! I am a bariatric patient that is limited to what foods I can eat! I am able to have carbs sometimes. Plus did not get my water that was ordered along with the meal. Got home looked in box my father ordered a number one with 2 extra drums! Only one drum and a wing!!! Pronounced clearly and was polite about it! Still order was extremely wrong!

Spent $28 for the worst meal in a long time!. I ordered strips with mashed potatoes and cole slaw and got home to find mac and cheese - which was awful - and French fries which I cannot eat! Even the biscuits, which are usually good, were uncooked lumps of dough. To top off this dismal meal, I tried to call for over 2.5 hours and got a constant busy. Maybe someone will see this and reach out to me to?

walked in. ordered. had to clean own table. all tables were dirty. then i ordered 3 piece and i only got two chicken pieces. we went and told her. two of our meals only had two pieces of chicken when we both ordered 3. we went and told her. she came back and slammed the box with two pieces of chicken in it on the counter. very rude with a very bad attitude. they need new people in there. this is ridiculous!

I simply ordered 9 chicken Littles and told the cashier I wanted cheese on them. I get my order 45 minutes later and I look at the chicken Littles and there is no cheese. Me and my boyfriend have called it seems like more than a dozen times and they won't answer the phones for me to let them know my order is incorrect how do you ru a business like that if you can't pick up the phones
