Guys…. If I order grilled onions, you don’t need to give me the entire onion 😂 idk where this is “light” onions (should be 4-5 pieces). Don’t waste produce. Save your few cents. I don’t need this many! And please get your drink sizes correct on the Tray orders. It says on the menu that the drinks are supposed to be Large sized. I’ve only ever received a regular size. Decent food though.

Amazing prices, quick and friendly service, open late, consistently get the order correct, best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Specifically the Athens location though. I’ve been to 3-4 others and none of them have the friendliness, speed, quality as this one.

A few of us stopped in after a basketball camp. I ordered a cheese burger and onion rings. No cheese on burger and only 3 onion rings. That is a joke. Talked to some guy and he said yes you only get 4., But I'll make you new ones. His attitude was rude and some of the other food that ordered in our group, just wasn't good at all.

Use to eat at this franchise weekly when I lived in North Carolina, it was so great to pull over during my trip when I saw the signs on the highway. Food is still as amazing as I remember. 🥰

This is by far THE BEST burger and shake place I've been to in a very very long time! The prices are well worth what you get and they get your orders so fast.

I love this place and their burgers and I frequently eat there. This time, however, I ordered a big double tray with double fries and got a single patty burger with barely a handful of fries. I don't like to complain often but I have limited time and needed to get back to work and didn't want to turn around and go back. I just shook my head and went on.
They did reach out to me after reading this review and I couldn't get any answer when I called or emailed.

Out of stock on certain items, 10min+ drive thru wait time, pitiful assembly of food. Dry, reheated, and disgusting. Did not eat my meal. Contacted management the following day, only to be called a liar by the GM, even after returning the food from the previous night. Terrible service
