driving up the interstate and decided to have a quick dinner. The restaurant was extremely clean the service staff was quick and responsive and the quality of the food was great. It was nice to see their salad bar available to the public again. My friend had a steak I had the chicken and broccoli pasta the prices were fair and the bartender was extremely friendly I would definitely recommend this yeah recommend this Ruby Tuesday location at exit 49 -I75 Athens Tennessee.

It’s hard to want to eat at a place that leaves trash all the way around you for your entire meal. All over the restaurant, they have dirty tables. It’s not for a lack of personnel. Plenty of employees without leadership to push to get it done. Literally an employee sleeping in a booth behind the bar our entire meal too. The food was good and our waitress was attentive but it’s almost impossible to enjoy. Hopefully just a bad night.

Paul has changed our perspective of this Ruby Tuesday. He was prompt on his service with seating us and we asked for his section. It was full (surprise). Probably because of his excellent service. All of the waiters and bartenders at this location are excellent; its the kitchen we often have issues with. So the 4 stars is for the customer service. The food could always use a microwave minute or two. Today was a good visit in general. Thanks again, Paul!

We were seated quickly and had our orders taken. Food came out quickly, but we didn't really see our server again after getting our food. We had to wave her down to get what we needed and to pay. She was nice, but it definitely affected the meal. A little dated when it comes to the bathroom and interior, but that's fine. Overall, did what we needed it to. We ate and the food was fine.

Stephanie was one of the sweetest waitresses I’ve had at Ruby Tuesday’s. She genuinely acted like she enjoyed her job and serving her customers. She not only ran the bar but was able to provide my husband and I with excellent service at our table. She made our dinning experience extremely pleasant. Great job!

Chain restaurants are mediocre at best now a days. They still have a decent salad bar. Our waiter was top notch. He ended up seating us, due to no hostess and had seen that we had been waiting. My soup was incredibly watery like it had been poured out of a small bag and warmed in the microwave. The broccoli was hard. It just wasn’t good.

I loved the food and loved my server Patience Harris! She is very excellent with guests. With me she was top of the line customer service and I heard her interact with other guests and she treats everyone no matter who, with top notch service! Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Paul is just AMAZING!!!!!! He made us feel so welcomed and we truly have enjoyed. LOVE HIM!! The BEST SERVICE! We came from Atlanta after a graduation and he made us feel right at home. Very happy to serve and does an amazing job. Paul does not disappoint— the service has been the best I’ve seen.. everything done with a smile!! I honestly have no complaints.. you’ll love Paul when you meet him.
