I want to be honest. This establishment is a complete joke.The people "working" seem to be absolutely miserable.. ALL of them. I don't know why I keep coming back for more ! Because the pizza is absolutely awful EVERY SINGLE TIME. I guess it's just quick to come here when you're shopping in the mall. The pizza is either always overcooked or under cooked and doughy still. You can't say anything to the people because they do not care at all. They make you feel like you are a bother for being there. I most certainly will not make the mistake of coming here again. Next time I am at the mall I will just wait to eat until I leave. Whoever runs this location needs to seriously step up their game or close it down. Your employees are a disgrace.

Nice job today and I hope they keep this up! Original review: We love Sbarro's food, especially the tomato pasta sauce. The pizza is decent too, so if this review only covered food it would be five stars. But the service really brings the overall rating down. We were at the mall on a Sunday, and even though other food locations were open at 11:30, we were told by an employee that they wouldn't be ready until 12. That was fine and we returned at 12:00 to order. But at that time, only pizza was ready. We would have had to wait another 30 minutes on pasta, which was what we wanted. So overall, we had a disappointing experience. This is not the only time we have experienced menu items being unavailable. Other issues we have had in the past include a lack of attentive service at the counter. At times we have waited a couple of minutes before being acknowledged by anyone because they are busy making pizzas or bringing stuff up from the back. It's understandable that food prep is part of the job, but it takes very little effort to glance up and say "Hi, we'll be right with you" and that would make a world of difference to customers, who at the very least want to feel like their business is appreciated. I hope to see service improved at this location.

This place is disgusting. The warmers have dried food down in them(lettuce, noodles) that you can tell has been there a while. One of there staff members is beyond rude and it didnt seem like anyone was in charge on such a busy day. Disappointed, I have always liked this place but I doubt I will be back.
