Ihop

I have ordered From Ihop on Baxter every Friday for the past two months, I have ordered the same thing every Friday. Today when I ordered the same thing, Steak tips, eggs, hash browns and eggs, the eggs tasted horrible and hard from where they sat and got cold. I only received two steak tips, and burnt hash browns and did not get the two pancakes they normally come with the meal. I called the manager and spoke with the manager for the day Victor. He was extremely rude and all he told me was he is the cook for the day and he knows what he made and what he placed in the container. I did not appreciate the disrespect from the manger and the fact that I spent $16 dollars for a meal that was cold, tasted horrible and did not even receive half of what I ordered.

Well,I know they're short staffed,But when you have no customers, I shouldn't have to walk over food to get to my table.Do they wipe the tables with dirty towels..geez! The sign on the window was wrote wrong also(sad what people's attitudes are doing to business now a days.Just don't work if you hate making a living so much)

Service was good, portions were decent, never seen a biscuit like the one they served, country gravy was like water, restaurant was clean but need small repairs and 1970 called and wanted their decor back, food was good but $40, tip included, for two breakfast meals was a little unexpectedly high for the quality. If I was paid (the only way I would go)to go back I wouldn't order the same entrees.although the hostess/server had a great personality and nicely painted and manicured extremely long acrilic nails. She gets an A+ for those claws just saying
