Dunkin'

Idk about employees at this location at any other time other than the morning but they are very nice and catering to me every time since my first visit. I can tell they truely care and I love it. Bc I hate most dunkin locations bc they usually suck and don't care. But the ladies here in the morning are awesome to me.

This is a Dunkin' that I frequented many times throughout the past 3 or so years. Since the menu item Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich (with croissant) came out, I noticed that this particular store has been habitually switching the item out with the regular bacon, egg & cheese (classic), especially when you order ahead on the mobile. The two items has completely different cheese and bacon, and costs different as well. After this happened time after time a few months ago, I stopped going for a while, figuring that the store is just getting confused. Today, I figured I can try again... and lo and behold, the sandwich is switched again. The worst part is if you order ahead, it's hard to notice until you get home and unwrap it, so you are unlikely to trek back and demand a switch. It's honestly so disheartening, and I feel like an idiot for trusting that these were just honest mistakes. It happens nearly every time, so they feel more like an intentional switch to rip people off. Please be warned, and order elsewhere if your desired item has a cheaper alternative on the menu. -- Edit about a month later: I gave it another shot and this time my order was correct! I'm so happy! Rating has been adjusted accordingly.
