Main Moon

I think of uncle roger while I got their food… 😂 I wouldn’t really call it “Chinese” food, first ever restaurant that don’t know how to do kongpao chicken right, I rather they learn it from Panda Express. Veges are fresh, again, not really cooked together, more like fried chicken with boiled veges….. young chow fried rice taste good. At least they got the fried rice with good taste. Anyways, this place make me feels like one of those fake Chinese restaurants. All they have is TSO, orange TSO, (chicken, pork,beef, special)fried rices at least I bet they made those right. Even Panda Express can make kongpao right, that really bothers me.

You know when you order fried rice or lo menu and the obviously put frozen mixed veggies in there. Not at Main Moon. They put real authentic veggies in there like bok choy, Nappa cabbage, pea pods and mushrooms. We just recently found this place but have already ordered from them 5 times in a month Needless to say we are impressed with them and are happy to find great Chinese food in Ashtabula

Usually, I love Main Moon, but we ordered dinner yesterday and while my Schezuan beef was good, both my brother's beef and broccoli and my sister in law's pepper steak was raw. Not a little pink, but recook in a pan at home, red, raw. Super disappointed because I picked dinner. Maybe it was a fluke, but I'm not trying my luck again anytime soon.
