Showed up at 8:30pm, closes at 9:00pm. As me and wife enters to facility, there was a comment made that it was 8:30 as the employee was inconvenienced by us showing up then. Another man and young girl came in which the same comment was made, they were using the restroom. Employee was very short with us and appeared to not want to serve us. Very disappointing. Will probably select a different Subway next time.

Door was closed and locked when the place was open, the staff are super rude, the owner needs to quit being so greedy and staff more people. The one in Flatwoods is miles better than this one.

I ordered/paid online for pick up at 7:30 Oct 24th. When I pulled in early the girl working smiled and brought my order to the stand by the door. Not only were they ready quickly but she made awesome sandwiches! Thank you young lady for working when so many people aren't!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at any subway ever. the Subway employee was extremely rude and hateful, acted like anything I asked was a complete bother to him.
What was supposed to be a simple Italian BMT Salad turned into a disaster, did not chop up the salad, put way too much ranch in the salad. Made Half a Salad and Charged me for a Full sized.
I will never recommend this location to anyone ever.

On the night of me posting this I attempted to stop by (at 8:30pm), both the doors were locked and the open signs were off. I could clearly see the employee in the back on her phone doing nothing, quite literally stealing $ for the job she should be doing. Extremely disappointed with my experiences with this subway, not the first time this has happened.
