Mcdonald's

this store never gets my order right and it takes another 20 mins to get back around so your food is cold and nasty by the time you get home. it's happen at least 5 times in the past few months. Just check you order before you pull off I guess. Greenup McDonald's is the best around here. They are always fast and i always get what I ordered Now a month later and they forgot half of our food and we got no sausage on our biscuits like how you forget sausage on a sausage biscuit and then when we called they tried to say breakfast was over and tried not to replace it until I flipped out.. I shouldn't have to be a Kevin just to get my food I won't be eating here again for a very long to McDonald's doesn't care about there stores or how they are ran they just want you money Year later and nothing much has changed

I read some of the other reviews, and was surprised that there were so many negative. My experience was very good. The store is clean, including the bathroom. The staff was very professional and polite. They where busy, but I got my order promptly. Not sure why they don't have trays for dine in, that's the only negative. Oh and my quarter pounder was actually cooked correctly, and that hasn't been my experience at other McDonald's.

Litterally THE worst McDonald's around. I eat there only out of desperation. You can COUNT ON at least ONE item missing from your order, and the way they guard the condiments, you'd think they have to milk the cow and churn the cream for coffee, and raise the tomatoes for the ketchup. I'm sitting here right now, looking at my large biscuit and gravy. Half eaten, because there was only enough gravy for half of ONE biscuit. Must be a ration on gravy. The last Big Mac I ordered, the inside of the bun was charred black the meat looked like 2 hockey pucks, but there was enough lettuce for a salad, ((wilted and nasty, but plenty.) Out of sheer starvation and lack of options, I choked down almost half of it. The fries were half and half.. Half were so hard you could use them to put shingles on a roof, the other half, so greasy they were transparent, and about the consistency of warm birthday candles. Between the bad food and the anger and anxiety I feel every time I open the bag to check my order, it's a toss up which is worse for my ulcers and blood pressure. Do yourself a favor, and grab something from the gas station, if your only other choice is this McDonald's.

I've been coming here in the mornings for a large iced caramel coffee and I can literally be the only person in the dining room and can still wait 10+ minutes for that coffee. Usually, after about 5 minutes of waiting, I get asked, "Sir, were you waiting on something? ". Then you usually hear from employee to employee, "I've never made that before". Usually this is said by one or two people before finally someone starts making the coffee. Today, me and my fiance went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee and a frappe. They asked us to pull into the spot for cars waiting on drive thru orders and after 15 minutes, we went in and they had no idea that we even had an order in. When we finally got our drinks, the ice coffee was literally coffee, ice, and caramel. No cream or milk, no flavor, no expresso that was paid for. I will say though, that was the first time they actually messed up the drink itself. Not gonna comment on food here because McDonald's food is the same wherever you go and the ways in which they differ is the service and if you would like McCafe in the mornings, be prepared to wait a little longer at this one.

Literally ruined my hot fudge sundae, and it’s impossible to ruin a hot fudge sundae. Cup was filled with 99.99% vanilla ice cream and it looked like the fudge was spilled all over the top and all over the cup. Ordered an Oreo mcflurry and it was just as bad, if not worse. Mcflurry was all over the sides of the cup and the middle was hollowed out, it looked like someone had already eaten from it. Girl working drive thru handed us two straws and ignored any and all questions.
