Arby's

Just walked in for a to go ordef and the place was busy inside and out, had to wait a few minutes to place my order , but was constantly spoken to and assured someone would be right with me. Very well handled situation considering how busy, trainee crew, milkshake shortage! 5gjsnjs a very well trained crew, normally wouldn't consider returning for a while under these circumstances, but I was treated like I mattered , and everyone was very courteous.d professional! Be back soon keep it up!

Hit the drive through on our way to Virginia. Kid working the window wasn't the sharpest pencil in the box but we managed to get our order straight. There were several other places closer to the interstate but I wanted crinkle cut fries and they didn't disappoint. Fresh and HOT! Also got one of the messiest beef and cheddar sandwiches ever. They certainly didn't skimp on the cheese. My only knock was they only gave us 2 napkins.

I was so excited to stop at an Arby's for lunch in the middle of my road trip. Parking wasn't an issue. I walked in, went directly to the bathroom. This should have been my first clue to go on down the road to the next one. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Definitely needed some repair. Walked out to order my food. My feet stuck to the floor all the way through the store. The counter person (middle aged blonde) was anything but friendly. I ordered my food and waited. Double beef and cheddar, curly fries and a large sweet tea. DO NOT ORDER A LARGE DRINK IF YOURE DRIVING. There isn't a cup holder around that will hold that cup. But the tea was good and fresh. My fries on the other hand, were not. They were half cold, dried out and tasted like they had been sitting in the bin for hours. My sandwich was decent though. I'll be avoiding this location on my next trip.

Past few times I've went through the drive thru the staff was rude and forgot over half of my orders. Once when I called to let them know they argued with me over missing food and refused to replace it. Food was cold and roast beef was dry. This is the WORST Arby's I've ever been to. I will not be back, nor would I recommend supporting this specific location.

When ordering I was told chicken would take 10 minutes to cook, so I ordered something else, they said nothing. I pull up to the window and get told your fries will take 8 minutes, please pull up, AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY. Please get some sort of leadership here to teach these people to use common sense. If I had been told I was going to wait anyway, I would have gotten what I wanted, not ordered something else to just wait anyway.
