Basic Subway. All the usual menu items. Bathroom was out of paper towel. Some cheeses and other options were out of stock. Outdoor seating is nice and there’s a deck outside overlooks an ambient babbling brook.

The Subway location here in Ashland is an okay place to eat. They make the sandwiches to order, and the employees are competent. They did have a strange policy about not having napkins set out on the tables though. When I asked about this, the employee who answered said that people would take all the napkins if left out..
In any case, the food was good and I've been back a few times. If you're in this part of Ashland, and need a bite to eat, check them out!

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches on Doordash and only reviewed one. I also got a note that says "Sorry, here's a free cookie" 🙄 Really? A cookie in place of two foortlong sandwiches? I called the shop and was told that the reasoning is they ran out of tuna. . So when this happens, you need to contact the Dasher and have them contact the customer for a substitution. Giving a "free" cookie in place of two missing sandwiches is pitiful. The situation was handled poorly by the employees and when I called to assess the situation, I was laughed at and treated disrespectfully. My two children love Subway but I will not be ordering again.

They were out of meat balls for sandwich. Ordered ham egg and cheese wrap. Took long time, wrap Dry, was cold. Register kept ringing up. 99$

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our recent visit. The girl making our food was very nice but the bread for the sandwiches was not fresh and they were loosely wrapped without a liner and not marked. My wrap had less than a 6” worth of meat and one piece of cheese broke in half put on it. For the cost and being advertised as a footlong worth of meat, I was pretty upset.

Very disappointed in this location . Ordered online because I was in a hurry & arrived 10 minutes after it said it would be ready & they didn't even start making it tell I walked in the door . Waited another 10 minutes inside for my order (only two subs) 🙄 very very annoyed & pointless to order online. Then the guy working kept asking me a bunch of questions that were clearly on my order ticket . This location ALWAYS take a while ordering even in person. Employees are nice but there shouldn't be a 20 minute wait at sub way when their not busy .
