Went here for the first time and the worker serving me was excellent and ge was very efficient in taking my specific order, this combined with the workers in the front preparing my food to a fair standard and speed. 👍🏾👍🏾

wings are not spicy at all， with only a little bit salty flavor inside.
chicken is freshly made， but the flavor is really bad， which wastes my money....
Environment is not bad， chairs nearby are available.

The service and food is on par with any other KFC, if not better. I would have to recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for casual employment in fast food. The management is efficient and the workers are friendly. Work times are flexible especially for high school students.

They always have some problems. They are always out of chicken, sometimes you can only pay with cash, sometimes they will swap your item cause they are running out of it. And they always start closing at 5. So when you go there around 5 they will say they are closing and then wont give you the food

Poor effort, asked for extra salt and got a half full pack with minimum salt. I worked at kfc for 6 years it’s not hard the employees do not even try to fake doing their job out front. Only people rushing is the cooks out back and the manager on burgers. Pathetic service

I guess the fault partially lies in me for not checking the contents before leaving, but I got four less original pieces than what I had ordered; the container was basically half empty… Poor management from the staff.

A kfc that is out of chicken for days after the new year. Paid with google pay and they were not even informed about my order. When I went to pick up they then told me they ran out of chicken and I replied I wanted a refund. They kept insisting I take nuggets and other items instead of just giving me my refund.
At a certain point you should acknowledge that if you can't provide service you probably shouldn't try suggestive sales tactics but I had to yell at him til he understood I just wanted a refund. He then informed me it was going to take 2 days for the money to come back.
Bloody pathetic. I know Australian banks are a bit of a joke but we really shouldn't let that affect our piss poor industry standards as if they weren't low enough already.
