I'm not really sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. Every time I go, the person working the drive thru is friendly, patient, and communicative. I do almost always have to wait a few minutes, but they tell me at the order point every time, and honestly I love that they make the food fresh consistently. I go here pretty often and have only had a good experience every time. Today was no exception. The sandwich and the fries were fresh and delicious, the people were friendly and polite. Even the guy in the kitchen (maybe a shift supervisor) was friendly bringing my food out and apologized for the wait (which was the same amount of time quoted when I ordered my food).

Previously a 1 star review; however, he last few times I have been to this location there have been zero issues. It seems like they are working on changing things here, as I’m no longer having issues getting food items in the middle of the day, and their customer service has improved greatly. Good on you for listening to some bad reviews, and changing things up!

Called this location and spoke to a Stephanie who was fantastic. I had a very important meeting and I wanted to bring breakfast to my client. Stephanie was great! Extremely customer service minded. She walked me through there process to ensure that I could get in and out quickly with no issues. She asked me when was my eta, to ensure that the food was also fresh & hot. Cannot ask for a better experience.
