Menu had some interesting choices. Chicken and waffles with french toast biscuits was very good. Service was a little scattered and not a lot of food for price but I would recommend.

Kelly served us, and we had such a good experience. We had a larger group and she was patient, organized, and incredibly friendly. I'd eat here again just for her! The food is good too, but Kelly made it a memorable brunch

If I could give this place 10000 stars I would. Service is awesome. Outdoor seating. Food is delicious. Mimosa is ON POINT. If you haven’t been here, there’s 3 locations in Asheville and you HAVE TO GO!! New favorite breakfast places. Also, my server John Michael is awesome and a super kind and helpful server. Also giving him 10000 stars!!!

Very good. It is hard to take a stand alone restaurant, especially one as revered as Early Girl, and reproduce it in a different location. After a rough start they seemed to have found their stride at the North Asheville location. Good food and great service are the order of the day. Try the BLAT salad with the house-made creamy garlic dressing or the Yam Scram. You'll want to come back.

What a great place, awesome food and wonderful staff! With Mother's Day approaching and knowing that we wouldn't be able to be there in person, we contacted Early Girl to see if they might be re-opened by then.. Our thought was that we could arrange for a special meal and celebration for Mom.. Her favorite is the Shrimp and Grits, though not currently on the menu, Chef Howard, Brittany and Jesson went above and beyond to make this happen for us!

First time eating at this location and it was nothing but an amazing experience. Our server, Hailey, was super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! She informed us that their coffee is roasted locally in Black Mountain which I didn't know, but makes me love Early Girl even more. As a child of a local, small business owner, supporting local businesses on every level is extremely important to me. I had the Veggie Breakfast Bowl, and it was so delicious! It was gone before I had a chance to snap a picture of it. We will definitely be returning to this location in the future--thanks Early Girl!

Prices are a little high but the food is good. I ordered the veggie breakfast bowl with added tempeh, and a biscuit with veggie gravy. Total was $23, I was expecting under $20. The website doesn’t list prices so it was a shot in the dark, but it was good none the less. The gravy was fantastic, so good that I added it to my veggie bowl and it took it to the next level. The biscuit was nice and soft, very yummy with the gravy though I wish it came with butter (I’m noticing more southern restaurants are not providing butter with their biscuits or cornbread but I don’t know why lol). The veggie bowl was very good, I should have taken a picture before I started mixing everything up, the presentation was pretty even for a takeaway order. My egg was cooked to perfection (well done/overcooked) which I appreciate because some chefs are worried about overcooking eggs and don’t do it, but Early Girl got it right. I was surprised to find parking and available seating for a Sunday morning but everyone looked to be enjoying their meals. Mine was great, I’m glad they are close by so I can grab a yummy bite on the way home 💖.

No wait for brunch on a Sunday! Wonderful service and good food. We live in Weaverville so are very happy to have a great spot near by. Brought my parents, they enjoyed their meals as well. My mom loved the biscuits and jam.
