Don't let the fact that it's a national chain turn you off. They do one thing and do it exceedingly well. Jimmy John's is my go-to place for cold-cut subs and sandwiches. They take quality and consistency very seriously. It doesn't matter if you go to a store in Seattle, Austin or Boston, you will get the same consistent quality. What really makes Jimmy John's special is their sub bread. It holds up against their most heaping, overstuffed subs and has the perfect balance of taste and texture for a cold-cut sub. On the rare occasion there is a problem with an order, they are more than willing to fix it.
Oh, and their delivery times are freaky fast.
