Copper River Grill

Our waiter, Cayla, made us feel really special today—along with our food being very good! Excellent service and great atmosphere with good food (and a fireplace not far off) makes for a terrific experience. We both had salmon salad with Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, etc. Salmon perfectly cooked. We began with a potato soup and the she-crab, both delicious. I was going to put a little sherry in my she-crab cup, but Cayla came back to let me know there would be a $1 up-charge for the sherry. Perhaps if that tad of sherry had been 50¢ I would have easily said yes. No sherry for me. Perhaps the manager ought to consider a lesser charge for the tad of sherry for she-crab. ? Cayla also asked how we like our food, but instead of saying it the ordinary way, she asked, “Are you enjoying your food?” How pleasant and positive is that expression! Cayla is a keeper! We’ll hopefully visit again when in town. Wish we had a Copper River Grill in Johnson City, TN. Folks would love it.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but were very nice. We had a bit of a long wait at times, and some of our party was unhappy with that, otherwise it would be 5 stars. The food was good, and accurate. The burger was rediculous, and would definitely recommend it. It's really big enough to share. Overall a good restaurant.

Updated, this fire grilled pizza is amazing. You deserve to try this. The flavor is on point, and look at those huge pepperonis. I'll definitely be back for this dish. What a wonderful dining experience. I loved the Hickory Salmon. Made to perfection. The house salad with they warm bacon and honey mustard dressing was an absolute delight. You definitely need to stop by and check this place out.

Stopped in on a late night whim after passing by numerous times thinking “We should stop there some time.” We are not disappointed in the slightest!!! Absolutely delicious!! What you see below is prime rib Cajun style stuffed crab stuffed flounder and cedar plank shrimp!!! All of it was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection!! We got here about 30 mins before closing and were greeted with bright and smiling faces. Our waiter, Toby, was superb in his recommendations and knowledge of menu. I literally have nothing bad to say. Will definitely be back and telling others!!!
