Apollo Flame Bistro - Brevard

My family and I have been here many times, and the food and service is always amazing! Tonight in particular I was taken back by how kind the hostess was in greeting us and also as we left. My partner and I have a newborn, and going to any restaurant is stressful. We always worry about how well a restaurant accommodates to babies/children. With that being said, the kind words and actions the hostess showed us (and our baby girl) made my night! I did not catch her name, but I would like to thank her for making us feel as welcome as she did. Kind words and small gestures go such a long way and are not seen enough, so thank you to this sweet soul! 10/10

We had the large Greek salad with chicken and baklava (made in house). It was delicious. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The waterfall feature in the back can be heard throughout. The baklava was the best we have tasted. It had a lot of filling and was very fresh. We also came back the next night and ordered the vegetarian pizza which was excellent but we ate before taking a picture! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Easy parking and convenient to the outlets and hotel. If we lived here this would be our go to. Extensive menu as well.

Great place with a vast range of food, I would have to recommend the subs here, it's the best sub around period. Better than subway, jersey Mike's, fire house all of them. Haven't had anything bad however but the subs are large, delicious and come with a nice dill pickle spear. The sub with a side will be sure to fill you up and the price is very reasonable especially with the current economy. If subs are not your thing they make a very good pizza as well. It's a nice place for either a good family dinner or a work/casual date. Definitely recommend this place, it's also above average in service and food delivery time you don't need an entire evening to eat here. Go enjoy and help keep places like this alive in a crippling economy. Oh they have awesome desserts if you 1) have room and 2) enjoy homemade dessert that really gives you that grandma made this vibe.

First time here, I got the lamb gyro, and it was one of the best I've had. Next, we got a cheese pizza it was also pretty good. The Philly cheese steak was dry but decent. My only complaint was one of the waitresses kept coming to the almost outside where we were sitting to complain about either her coworkers or customers and the second time to say she's ready to go home. She had a ponytail. It was very unprofessional. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied by the overall food our server was sweet.
