Paid $20 for a cup of cappuccino and a breakfast burger. Worst breakfast ever. Bacon was bitter, burger was burnt and soggy.

Food was fine but the decaf soy flat white coffee was horrid. Couldn't drink it. Not sure what they did to make it so bad. Won't be buying coffee from here again. The place is inside the shopping centre so I thought it would be a good place to visit. I was wrong. I shall self flagellate tonight.

Got two plates out together and then had to sit and wait a further 5-10 mins for the chips and gravy.

I understand that Perth has some of the highest cafe coffee prices in Australia, but these guys are taking it to the extreme. $31, for an XL Latte, & 2 English Muffins with Bacon & Cheese in them.😳
At that price, I would have expected something pretty darned special, accompanied by amazing service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed on both fronts.😔
I will admit that the Latte was good temperature & the muffins were of reasonable Roadhouse standard, atleast.

Really good as term of food. I didn't take a picture of it. But worth coming. We had both beef burger with chips. So good party was thick and plenty of chips for single serve..very generous. I'm not local in Armadale but worth to come here support local business

We came quite late near closing and they were fantastic Janice served us and even though she was closing up she could not be more helpful. The food was delicious. We really appreciate her going out of the way for us. Will definitely look up the nearest Caffisim next time we are in Perth

I went to Caffissimo in Armadale for the first time today and cannot tell you how impressed I was. The steak sandwich was outstanding. The turkish roll was fresh, homemade bbq sauce delicious and the steak was tender and moist. The chips were delicious too! The cappuccino was honestly the best cup of coffee I've have in Perth since moving from Melbourne nine months ago. Who'd have thought!! In a café at a local shopping center!?! The customer service from the guy who made my coffee was 10/10! I am flabbergasted by the negative reviews some people have written about this place. I understand the tables and chairs are not ultra-modern, and in fairness, it is not the cheapest place to buy lunch. However, after sinking my teeth into that steak sandwich, I thought the price was totally justified. I highly recommend and will most certainly be back whenever I'm in Armadale!
