Thai E-sarn Cuisine

Ordered recently from them, and the orange chicken was three tiny pieces of chicken with a lot of just batter deep fried. Very sad, one the worst item on their menu. The Crispy duck was way-way tooo deep fried with parts quite burnt, rather than crisp. Sadly not going to order from here again. Not happy with this past experience. On delivery, very efficient and good - no complaints there, person delivering rang doorbell and ensured I came to the door to pick up.

This used to be our favorite Thai place in Arlington but not anymore. If you order though DOORDASH, they will cancel your order last minute and when you call to ask what happened, the lady on the phone will tell you that she doesn’t want to “give DoorDash %30 and so if you give me your credit card, I can have your food delivered by my own driver”. This is after having higher prices listed on DD. Now for the food, the pad Thai is great, the Bangkok rice is excellent but DO NOT GET THE ORNAGE CHICKEN! it’s nothing but crust. There is no chicken in it. We spent $50 with tip and delivery on 3 dishes and will not be ordering anymore from here.

This restaurant has been our go-to take-out Thai place during the last two years, so this review is not a reflection on food as the food is really tasty! However, the latest interaction with a staff member, while placing a phone order was unacceptable to me as a customer. The lady was rude and sounded irritated :( Please consider training your staff as customer service clearly needs improvement, as evidenced by other reviews also.
